Role OverviewThe Beverage Manager oversees the Paniolo Bar and all aspects of beverage service across outlets, including bars, lounges, restaurants, and events. This includes hiring, training, and developing all bartenders and Paniolo Bar colleagues.
What You Will Do
Planning, managing, and executing F&B operations, collaborating on music and entertainment programming, developing and recommending activations, and implementing and maintaining food & beverage sales and marketing programs.

Requirements
- Valid Maui County Liquor Certification card
- Valid Driver's License
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
- Understanding of modern mixology techniques
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
- 2 or more years of progressive F&B management experience
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
