Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare drinks to specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and treat guests and coworkers with respect
  • Ensure guest is 21 or older before serving alcoholic beverages
  • Properly operate the point of sales system and keep a balanced bank
  • Communicate guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management
  • Know and comply with all rules, regulations and policies of the food and beverage department
  • Follow the company's attendance policy and other rules and regulations
  • Report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party
  • Ensure customer service standards are met and retained
