Beverage Server - Tequilas on the Gulf

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests
• Possess excellent guest service skills
• Must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
• Able to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Able to meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by Hard Rock policy
• Able to stand and walk for up to four hours wearing one-inch heels
• Able to work in a fast paced and often crowded environment
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
• Must project a professional and positive image
• High energy level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
