Beverage Specialist - Part Time

As a Part-time Beverage Specialist at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, you will be responsible for facilitating beverage programming, providing one-on-one consultations, and developing new curriculum for Miraval guests. You will work in a clean and organized fashion, committed to leaving space better than it was found on a daily basis. You will also participate in additional Miraval programs as needed.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing lectures, workshops, and classes for Miraval guests, providing one-on-one guest consultations, maintaining materials used in facilitation of programs, and developing new curriculum.

Requirements

• Polished and professional physical presentation, appropriate for brand representation
• Computer proficiency including effective use of email, routine database activity, word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in facilitating beverage programs, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
