Job Description
The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service staff, interacting with customers, and overseeing all phases of the outlet's operations.

Requirements

  • Uphold all standards set forth by the Company
  • Ensure all productivity goals are being met on each shift
  • Provide training to employees and conduct follow-up sessions
  • Schedule appropriately according to business levels
  • Perform end of shift functions
  • Issue performance evaluations and feedback
  • Keep great employer/employee relationships
  • Interview, select and train new Beverage Team Members
  • Adjust rates of pay and hours of work
  • Direct the work of Team Members and recognize accomplishments
  • Follow and enforce company safety standards
  • Handle Beverage Team Member complaints and discipline as necessary
