Job Description
HyerTek is seeking a BI & Analytics Engineer to support the delivery of mission and operational analytics solutions for a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics, and a strong background in Power BI, SQL, and Azure-based analytics services.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including semantic model development, DAX measures and calculations, and Power Query
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data modeling
Experience building and maintaining analytics-focused data pipelines
Experience integrating and transforming data from enterprise and legacy platforms, API-driven and operational systems, Excel spreadsheets, and flat files
Familiarity with Azure-based analytics services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Position of Trust (T-1)
