Job Description
Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a BI/Data Engineer to execute our data strategy and act as the technical bridge between raw healthcare data and business insights. The successful candidate will work with our Data Architect and Data Analysts to implement scalable solutions and build robust data pipelines in Snowflake/BigQuery and a clean, user-friendly semantic layer in Looker.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Analytics Engineering.
  • SQL Mastery
  • Cloud Data Warehouses: Deep familiarity with Snowflake or Google BigQuery.
  • Looker Expertise: Strong proficiency in LookML.
  • Healthcare Domain: Proven experience working with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements.
  • API Experience: Familiarity with extracting data from REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Scripting: Basic knowledge of Python for automation tasks.
