We are seeking a Bi-Lingual, Human Resources Generalist to support the ECRM in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and fostering a positive, pro-employee culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of progressive HR Experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 years HR experience without Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • SHRM-SCP (Preferred)
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI (Preferred)
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI (Preferred)
