Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. Provide initial support for customer requests, quickly assess issues, and provide first-level support for problem resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing (plus)
