Job Description
We are looking for a Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions and field requests related to co-pay cards or vouchers. The role will be a contract role with IQVIA managed by an external agency, with the opportunity to be converted to an IQVIA full-time employee.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
