Role OverviewThe Bid Coordinator will support the estimating department from the company's Dallas, Texas office. This position is responsible for requesting and tracking vendor and subcontractor quotes, organizing bid documents, maintaining estimating information in HCSS, and assisting the estimating team throughout the bidding process.
What You Will Do
Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to request project quotes, distribute plans, specifications, and other bidding documents, track outstanding quote requests, and follow up before bid deadlines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction, estimating support, bid coordination, or office administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn HCSS HeavyBid and other company systems
