Job Description
PBS Systems is looking for a Bilingual Accounting Support Analyst to join their Client Services team. The role involves providing top quality knowledge and expertise in French and English languages to clients who contact the call center for issues or services.

Requirements

  • Handling incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests in French and English
  • Logging and documenting all customer interactions within our ticketing system
  • Collaborating with other groups/departments to streamline service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to drive process improvements
  • Achieving program certification within your primary group within 3 months
