Role OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Assistant to assist students with assignments, monitor individual and group students, and provide 're-teaching' and tutoring sessions. The assistant will work collaboratively with teaching faculty and implement instructional programs and lesson plans. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, able to communicate effectively, and have a strong ability to work collaboratively.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include identifying students who are below standards, assisting with assignments, monitoring students, and providing tutoring sessions. The assistant will also maintain records of interventions and progress monitoring.

Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively

- Competency in using technology
- Ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
- An agreement with the mission statement and goals of Christel House Schools
- Associate's degree with some training/exposure to education and teaching (Preferred but not required)
