Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collect and record accurate behavioral data.

Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording accurate behavioral data, supporting skill development and positive behavior change, and following BCBA-directed treatment protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent Spanish-speaking ability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate
  • Comfortable working with children
  • Previous experience working with children, autism, ABA, education, childcare, or behavioral health (preferred)
