Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is partnered with a well-established MEP consulting engineering firm to hire a few Bilingual Electrical BIM Operators in Phoenix, Arizona. This role supports a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for designing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems for complex commercial and institutional facilities.

Requirements

  • Mandarin bilingual ability
  • 2-5+ years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination (electrical preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience modeling electrical systems (power, lighting, panel layouts, conduit routing is a plus!)
  • Understanding of electrical systems within building design environments
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination environments (MEP projects)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
