Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a well-established MEP consulting engineering firm to hire Bilingual Electrical BIM Operators. This role involves developing and maintaining Revit BIM models for electrical systems in a collaborative design environment.

Requirements

  • Mandarin bilingual ability
  • 2-5+ years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination (electrical preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience modeling electrical systems (power, lighting, panel layouts, conduit routing is a plus!)
  • Understanding of electrical systems within building design environments
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary BIM coordination environments (MEP projects)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
