Job Description
Catholic Charities Housing Support Services case manager position to provide individual and crisis intervention counseling and services to program clients. Implement and deliver peer support and assist clients in achieving short- and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • BA degree and one year of experience or AA degree and three years related experience
  • Two years experience providing client case management services with the housing insecure population and/or service programs
  • Certified or familiarity with HCV/Housing Quality Standards
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin/Chinese, or other language
  • Valid CA Driver's License and personal car
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
