Role OverviewThe Bilingual Case Manager provides comprehensive pro-social and strengths-based case management services for adults involved in the criminal justice system. The role involves community linkages, fulfillment of basic needs, and use of motivational interviewing and strategic case management approaches to reduce recidivism and support client success.
What You Will Do
Conduct client intakes, provide individual case management sessions, develop Transition Plans, and coordinate client care within agency and with other community providers.
