Job Description
To engage through outreach, screen and assist low-income individuals and families in applying for and enrolling in a variety of government benefits, and making referrals to other support services in the community and city wide. The position involves conducting benefit screenings, assisting clients apply for benefits, and referring clients to in-house, legal clinic, financial counseling, educational/workforce development, and other resources as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Experience working with low-income populations
