Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations for a well-established concrete construction business. This is a high-ownership leadership opportunity for an experienced Concrete Superintendent or an exceptional Concrete Foreman ready to take the next step.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects, manage, mentor, and develop Foremen, crew leaders, and field teams, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading concrete construction crews and managing multiple projects
- Experience as a Concrete Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or equivalent field leadership position
- Strong understanding of concrete construction operations, scheduling, manpower planning, and jobsite coordination
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to earn the trust and respect of field teams
- Experience coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Foremen and crew leaders
- Stable work history with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required
- Willingness to travel for projects and stay overnight when required
