Role Overview

As a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll work remotely and grow your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. TTEC will pay for your training, licensing fees, and continuing education credits.

You'll assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs. You'll provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, respond to customer inquiries, and identify additional needs customers may have.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate
  • High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience with strong customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigation skills and experience
