The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders, providing excellent customer service and submitting orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with data entry
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
