Role OverviewIn this position, you'll have appropriate property and casualty insurance licenses to sell, quote, bind coverage for prospects. You'll be responsible for completing extensive training and development programs to gain product knowledge, sales and customer service skills needed to effectively review existing coverage and advises prospects and customers regarding policy and coverage options.
What You Will Do
Sells available insurance products to new or existing clients via various customer contact channels. Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines. Makes appropriate recommendations on policy coverages and options, closes sales, and process applications in an accurate manner.

Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English. Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients. - Must have previous sales experience to be considered.
- Licenses: Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 90 days of hire AND/OR Resident Life license within 30 days of hire, Non-resident Life license within 90 days of hire, CLU, ChFC, or CFP designation must be obtained within a specific timeframe, as defined by manager.
