Role OverviewThe Educator will maintain a positive and appropriate educational environment, create a program that meets the cognitive and emotional needs of all children, and work closely with the Assistant Educator/s to ensure the program provides education, physical health, emotional well-being, and parental involvement services to all enrolled students.
What You Will Do
Perform duties including, but not limited to: creating a developmentally appropriate program, developing weekly lesson plans, assessing children's needs, providing guidance and modeling, ensuring the safety of all children, and participating in on-call schedule and recruitment activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
- Willingness to obtain TESL certification
- 2+ years' experience in teaching capacity and lesson planning
- Passionate about the development and well-being of children
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- 21 years of age, a valid state driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a good driving record
- Bilingual (English Spanish) with fluency in Spanish required
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, and software programs
