Role OverviewThe supervisor oversees the operations of the car rental industry, ensuring cars are transported to the correct areas of the rental lot in a timely manner. The primary function is to ensure drivers are picking up cars, cleaning and servicing them, and staging clean vehicles for new customers. This role is operational, not an office role.
What You Will Do
Monitor employees, ensure productivity standards are met, complete paperwork, coach and mentor new employees, cover for the site manager, and act as a liaison between EDS management and clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, be able to work in inclement weather, handle a physical workload, and drive up to 8-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Must be open to working PM shifts and weekends
- Car rental or airport experience preferred
- Valid US driver's License
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving Record
- Previous Rental Experience is a plus
- Previous leadership/ management experience required
