Role OverviewThe Bilingual Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments to consumers who will receive financial management services that support them in the self-direction model of care and serves as an advocate and promoter of self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating the consumer’s understanding of self-direction.
What You Will Do
Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate, recommends improvements to internal process/systems, maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and upholds company values and mission.

Requirements
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
