Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter

Schneider is seeking a Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter in Green Bay to be the point of contact for truck driver prospects. The Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter will make outbounds call to driver candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming phone calls from truck driver candidates, make outbound calls to driver prospects, conduct interviews, and meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or related field
• 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience preferred
