Role OverviewThe Ward Law Group is hiring a bilingual Front Office Receptionist / Client Support Representative for our New York office. In this role, you will be the first person clients meet when they come to our office after a car accident, slip and fall, or trip and fall incident. We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, and genuinely people-focused—someone who can greet clients with empathy, help them feel safe and reassured, and connect them quickly with the right attorney or case manager.
What You Will Do
Greet clients and visitors in English and Spanish with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Create a welcoming, organized front-desk experience for injured clients and guests. Help clients feel comfortable and supported when they arrive for appointments.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, intake, client services, or other high customer-contact role
- Fluent in English and Spanish, including confident in-person and phone communication
- Experience handling a busy front desk, multi-line phones, or steady walk-in traffic
- Experience scheduling appointments, routing visitors/calls, and documenting information accurately
- Strong customer service mindset with a calm, empathetic, and professional presence
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar office systems
