Role OverviewThe Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting visitors, employees, and applicants, and perform administrative functions to support HR operations. The coordinator will act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, special projects, and coordinating employee relations events. The coordinator will also handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.

Requirements
- Refined verbal and written communication skills and literacy in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with HRIS computer systems
- Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
