Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills and literacy in both English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Canva
  • Experience with HRIS computer systems beneficial
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
