Requirements
High school diploma required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role
Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is a plus
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
