Role Overview

The Bilingual HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to assigned business unit and field operations leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives across InProduction's multi-state field workforce. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively support a bilingual field installer population, and combines hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership to management on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and field operations leaders, translating business priorities into people strategy and workforce plans. Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary action, and employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, legal compliance, and alignment with company policy across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated business partnering or HR generalist experience, and a proven ability to advise and influence managers independently, with sound judgment on escalation.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual: Spanish and English required
  • Must pass background check and drug screening requirements
  • 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated business partnering or HR generalist experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Proven ability to advise and influence managers independently, with sound judgment on escalation
  • Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across business units
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law (FMLA, EEO, ADA, wage and hour, etc.)
  • Experience in construction, live events, or the events installation industry preferred
  • Experience supporting a multi-state or field-based workforce preferred
