Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Excellent PC skills with prior HRIS experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in high growth, small or mid-size manufacturing company is preferred
