Job Description
The HR Director is responsible for leading the organization's human capital strategy and overseeing all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bilingual – English & Spanish
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and multi-state compliance
  • Proven ability to partner with executives and influence organizational strategy
