Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager (Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations, recruiting and selecting employees, and planning new employee orientation. You will also be responsible for training management in interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews, as well as advising management in employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • PHR, SPHR or GPHR certified preferred
