Bilingual Human Services Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Human Services Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of prevention and harm reduction programming within a growing service area. This position will provide evidence-based prevention education, community outreach, and overdose prevention training while working closely with community organizations, schools, and other partners.

Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of prevention and harm reduction programming, providing evidence-based prevention education, conducting community outreach, and developing and maintaining relationships with schools and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Education, or a related field
• Experience in prevention, harm reduction, community outreach, education, behavioral health, social services, public health, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with students, families, community members, schools, and community organizations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Must be comfortable participating in community events and outreach activities
• Must have reliable transportation and your own vehicle to travel to community and school events, meetings, and outreach activities as needed
