Job Description

Confie is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Agent to join their team. As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance. The role involves soliciting new business, maintaining strong relationships with current customers, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Requirements

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Experience in sales or customer service
High School Diploma or GED
Strong ability to build customer relationships
Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
