Job Description

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance. We are a proactively looking for bright, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals who are excited about career advancement.

Requirements

Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one)
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
High School Diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
