Job Description
We are searching for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative to join our growing team. The position offers a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives. No cold calling is involved, and we provide continuous on-going training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
