Job Description
We are searching for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative to join our team. We offer a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, and renewal commissions. Our company is one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the US, with over 1250 locations across 27 states.

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
