Job Description
We are searching for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee/Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role offers a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives. No cold calling involved and continuous on-going training and mentorship provided.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
