Job Description
Confie and its family of companies are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee/Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a comprehensive 401K plan with competitive employer match.

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
