Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Legal Specialist (Mandarin/English) to support the legal and compliance operations of a growing international semiconductor organization in North Phoenix, Arizona. The role will work closely with Legal Counsel to support commercial contract management, legal research, and cross-border legal matters across multiple business functions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Law degree (J.D., LL.M., or foreign equivalent)
  • 2–5 years of legal experience, including direct experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Capable of managing multiple legal matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills
