The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial agreements, supporting cross-border contracts, and conducting legal research.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Law degree required (J.D., LL.M., or foreign equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of legal experience, including direct experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Capable of managing multiple legal matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to independently review and draft contracts within a defined scope.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills.
