Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional, bilingual (Spanish-English) Loan Officer Assistant to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting multiple Loan Officers with various tasks related to mortgage applications, underwriting processes, and client communication.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant is required
NMLS license required or willingness to become licensed within 90 days
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processes and industry guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Loan Origination Software (LOS)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus
