Role OverviewA mortgage company is hiring a licensed Loan Officer Assistant, fluent in Spanish, to work remotely and directly support individual Loan Officers.
What You Will Do
Communicate directly with borrowers, assist with loan applications, collect documentation, perform some mortgage processing duties, and provide follow-up to help keep files moving toward closing.

The strongest fit will have mortgage origination experience, an active MLO license, and be comfortable working directly with borrowers.
Requirements
- Active MLO license required
- Florida and/or North Carolina licensing strongly preferred
- Mortgage origination experience required
- Experience working directly with mortgage borrowers
- Comfortable assisting with loan applications and borrower documentation
- Ability to perform some mortgage processing responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work East Coast hours
