Requirements
- Active Texas NMLS license
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven history of success in mortgage sales
- Purchase experience strongly preferred
- Some self-sourced business a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Encompass and Nexus preferred
