The firm delivers reliable, high-performance, and energy-efficient building system designs across sectors, including semiconductor, healthcare, education, aviation, mission-critical infrastructure, and commercial developments.

Requirements

  • Mandarin bilingual ability is a MUST
  • 7+ years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD in a BIM coordination or modeling role
  • Strong experience producing construction drawings and BIM models for mechanical building systems
  • Solid understanding of HVAC system layouts, equipment placement, and mechanical coordination within building models
  • Experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation
