Role Overview

Work in collaboration with a skilled care team to provide quality health services and resources to meet patients' needs. Assist providers with onsite procedures, take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and administer medications/vaccines. Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and reviewing medical records.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program
  • CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externship
  • Basic proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
