Role OverviewJoin our busy surgical practice as a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our front office. You'll be a key part of our patients' care experience from the moment they walk through the door.
What You Will Do
Answer and route incoming telephone calls, greet and check in visitors and patients, register new patients and schedule appointments, collect copayments, sort and send outgoing mail, and provide bilingual translation support during patient exams.
